Staff Development Trainer & Quality Care Auditor
As part of the team, we have a Hotel Services Manager, Sue Taylor-Shaw. Sue has a wealth of knowledge having worked in different areas of the care sector for over 20 years. She is also the ex-village manager at Campion Gardens, holding this position for 5 years.
Sue is responsible for the induction of all new members of staff wherever allocated, and acts as a link between each section of the Home ensuring dissemination of information throughout the Home to avoid any gaps in awareness. She feeds back to Management, issues raised by staff.
Sue also assists Daniel Ramsey-Williams, the Director of Facilities in auditing our domestic and laundry systems, catering, fire procedures, health & safety and infection control. She ensures our staff are trained to the highest standard, undertaking weekly care and training audits and making sure findings requiring attention are acted upon in timely fashion.
